College Hills West Apartments, San Angelo Texas

Lot's of renovations have been going on at College Hills West in San Angelo Texas.  It's been about a year since the property was taken over by First Choice Management Company and in that time lot's of improvements have gotten underway.  New paint, new surfacing on the driveways, and some new pavilions for outdoor entertaining.  The office staff was kept on board from the previous owners - which is a good thing - they are truly top-notch.  If you want to see some pictures to get abetter feel for the property head on over here... Arden Ridge Apartments San Angelo Tx

We received a question asking us when Arden Ridge Apartments in San Angelo changed their name.  Well it was a while ago!  About two years ago they went through a renovation and switched from Westgate Villa to Arden Ridge.  A good San Angelo owned company, EM Property, started managing then and made some needed improvements.  If you'd like some more information on them take a look a their page - Arden Ridge Apartments San Angelo.  They are pretty active as far as getting new information and amenities up there so it should be up to date.

The BLVD Apartments, San Angelo TX

A few months ago we told you about a new apartment complex in San Angelo, Texas.  We've now found out that the it will be called The BLVD Apartments and will have 198 units when completed later this year.  Sunridge Managements will be leasing the property and they have already started marketing it.  See a rendering and some of their prices and information here...  The Boulevard Apartments San Angelo.

Park Place Apartments San Angelo Texas

For the first time in a long time, San Angelo is going to have a brand-new, traditional apartment complex.  Construction is underway on Park Place Apartments out on Highway 87 out past Wal-Mart.

Encino Park Apartments San Angelo Texas

We just noticed that Encino Park Apartments, San Angelo Tx have added some new pictures to their page.  Encino Park has been one of the nicer apartments in San Angelo since they were built a few years ago.  They continue to be a popular choice for Students, Military and empty nesters looking to downsize. Student Housing

There are plenty of great places for Angelo State students to rent, but today I'd like to point to Angelo Place Apartments on Knickerbocker Road.  Most of the apartments in town happily accept students but Angelo Place is a little different - they are made specifically for students.  According to their Facebook page:
"Angelo Place Apartments offers real value, a convenient location and, most of all, a fun place to live for ASU students."

So if you're a student in the market for a new place, they are probably worth a look.  But be sure to check out your other options for great apartments around Angelo State too.

San Angelo: Lots of Great Apartment Options

I've been working in the Apartment market for a while and I've come to notice that San Angelo Texas is one of the best markets for apartments in the state.  IMHO (in my humble opinion for those who aren't text savvy) we more options, nicer high-end apartments and cleaner, safer low-end options then comprable markets.

This seems to be the age of the apartment renter, people who once considered buying a home are now looking at renting.  And with relatively low rents and high quality San Angelo seems to be a good place for the renter.
